Gloria Chipula is the Monitoring and Evaluation lead of Little Big Prints. During her tenure as team-leader, Little Big Prints has reached to over 500 girls in four secondary schools in Zomba with information on importance of girl education. In addition, under her M&E leadership, over 165 girls are able to articulate their post-secondary school goals which was not the case before.

Due to her work of inspiring secondary school girls, Gloria was conferred the award of Associate Fellow by the Royal Commonwealth Society.

Gloria, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Science from the University of Malawi. In the long-run, she hopes to see more girls in Malawi enroll and complete their secondary education as well as pursue various post-secondary school options.
