Our LBP management team helps to bring the organization life. The team is made up of an all-female leadership whose core work is to advance the mission and vision of the organisation driven by a personal desire for positive change among the young girls we work with through LBPs projects in Malawi.
Elita Chamdimba
Director - Based in Glasgow, UK
Elita oversees and leads the management of LBP by bringing strategic guidance to enable all aspects of implementation to capture the vision of the organization.
Lughano H. Nkuna
Programmes Coordinator - Based in Zomba
Lughano is responsible for overseeing LBP’ programs. She is a team player that carries out her role with the other team leads well. She also liaises with stakeholders in schools and at district level.
Thokozani C. Ziwa
Programmes Lead - Based in Zomba
Thokozani has the delightful role of guiding our brilliant team to meet all objectives and mostly have fun
Rebecca H. Soko
M&E Manager - Based in Blantyre
Rebecca is responsible for providing M&E support through the development of M&E tools, data analysis, and developing MEAL reports that highlight LBP's project impacts and success stories.
Shalom Mangondo
Programs Assistant - Based in Zomba
Shalom is the newest member of the team whose role is tasked with coordination and administration of all ongoing LBP projects.
